Web / WordPress Developer

Position description

We are seeking a WordPress Developer responsible for both back-end and front-end development, you will be required to create multipurpose websites including creating WordPress themes and plugins. This position requires a combination of programming skills (namely PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript) and aesthetics (understanding element arrangements on the screen, the color and font choices, and so on). The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design is strongly preferred. Also, an understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Designing and building responsive and mobile-friendly websites optimized for different devices and browsers
  • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code using languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript
  • Implementing and maintaining website content management systems
  • Maintaining and updating existing websites
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5
  • Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
  • Building and implementing new themes and plugins
  • Must have worked on the E-commerce platform.

Requirements and skills

Sales And Marketing Specialist

To continue our growth, PIXELSTAT seeks to hire a Business Development Manager who would focus on the development of new partnerships. This performance-based role is critical in helping PIXELSTAT’s Business Development unit to drive towards and close strategic deals, as we continue our business growth.
Responsibilities

Identifying new business opportunities in the defined business domain

  • Work directly with the Business Development Director and develop outbound sales opportunities that lead to qualified pitches and conversion of new customers;
  • Create and manage an opportunity pipeline towards new sales wins;
  • Identify and attend the events, expos and conferences interesting for qualified leads;
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding content and communication strategy;
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and proactively implement solutions;
  • Create quarterly reports (internal) for measuring business development efforts and productivity.
What You Need to Have

 Demonstrable understanding of the IT Outsourcing industry, its models, sales cycle, and markets;
